Botellón is Chef Simon Tran's first brick and mortar restaurant. Chef Simon grew up in Connecticut and spent a lot of time in New York City with his family growing up, where he began to become influenced by cuisine at an early age. Chef Simon has over 15 years of experience in hospitality, ranging from hole in the walls to beautiful fine dining establishments. After years of training and refining his palette, he is finally confident in his ability to produce exquisite food. His style is very unique and bold. He integrates techniques he has learned from around the world to serve Spanish traditions with their own unique twist.
